The brilliant Lynette Dyball started as the 4th employee at Growthwise just over 4 years ago. She has been our sensational Mother Hen taking on any challenge thrown at her, from tech support for our clients, to organising our events, to ensuring you are never late with a lodgement. Always going the extra mile for the team, our clients and also the business and startup scene in Newcastle.

It's with both excitement (for Lynette) and sadness (for us!) to announce that Lynette is retiring at the end of November.

The bubbly, excited Lynette will be greatly missed by the Growthwise team (and I'm sure you our clients as well).

We will miss Lynette's enthusiasm about fixing any problem or question a client has, her knowledge of everything new in Newcastle (including the best food haunts), #DJLynnie, and of course your wonderful motherly instinct.

We are all looking forward to watching the retirement adventures of Lynette & Roger as they bike their way around the world sampling craft beers, yummy food and of course wine with ice!
