It's true. At Growthwise we really are bean counters (accountants), we LOVE saving you tax and making sure all of your statutory obligations are taken care of but our job at it's core is to help you kick-arse in business.
As a small business owner you have so many things to keep up with. You are the leader and driver of your business. As business owners ourselves we understand the importance of constant improvement. Both for you and your business.
So in March, we decided to purchase the amazing #askgaryvee book for our L Platers, P Platers and Black Ops clients. This book explores leadership, social media, self-awareness, winning, marketing, digital media, culture, content, legacy, family business, storytelling, jabbing, hustling + so much more. It covers off on lessons learned in so many different areas of a business.

But as with everything we do in business there is no point reading something unless you are going to execute on those ideas.
Tuesday night, we invited our L Platers, P Platers & Black Ops clients to have dinner and some drinks and discuss what they learned and more importantly what they were working on executing. We handed each table a bunch of sticky notes and it was amazing to see what everyone had learned from reading the book.

But the main aim of the night was to ensure everyone was focused on execution. It was awesome to see what everyone was working on and has now committed to!
